What is Guest Connect?

Guest Connect is the membership area of, which offers prospective and current guests exclusive access to a special online community and features for both before and after their journey. All are welcome to participate.

What features are offered on Guest Connect?

On Guest Connect, we offer the following features:

  • My Profile: Allows prospective and current Tauck guests to edit their personal information, including name, email, screen name, profile photo, full name, and preferred name.  For Tauck guests with current reservations, this also includes mailing address, phone numbers, and additional email addresses.
  • Make A Payment: Allows Tauck guests to make a payment on either their own or any other reservations. 
  • Express Check-In: Found under the “My Reservations” tab, Express Check-In allows Tauck guests to relay important information about their travel plans online, in an easy and simple manner; this includes upcoming flight information, passport number, and emergency contacts.
  • My Reviews: Allows Tauck guests to write about and share their on-tour experiences with fellow travelers upon completion of the trip.

How do I sign up?

To access Guest Connect, you must be signed in to your account. If you already have an account, you can sign in here. If you do not have an account, you can register here. If you have a reservation with Tauck, you are also invited to connect your reservations to your account to access additional Guest Connect features. Note that when entering your reservation number, to properly connect, the first and last name entered must match the first and last name on your reservation.

Is Guest Connect secure?

Guest Connect is very secure, and our website is further protected by the latest in internet security and encryption technology. Your profile – and your personal information – will only be viewed by you.

I booked through a travel agent. Can I still use Guest Connect?

Yes, you can. Due to the nature of Tauck’s relationship with travel agents, you may not use the payment page to make a payment on your reservation if you have booked through a travel agent. However, all other features of Guest Connect are open to you.

I don’t have a reservation. Can I use Guest Connect?

Yes, you can. Most features of Guest Connect are reserved for those of our guests who have reservations with us, but if you have not booked with us, you can still access your personal profile, and will have unrestricted access to the Tauck Travel Forums.
